Live Chat Within the App
There are a few ways of reaching out for our support within the app. To do so you can follow these simple steps:
- Open the Profile tap
- Tap the settings (gear) icon or an envelope icon in the top right corner
- Select "Share Feedback" at the top of the menu
- Choose an appropriate topic
- Write your request and tap "Send Message"

- Navigate to app settings again
- Scroll to the bottom to the "Help and Support" tab
- Select "Contact Us"

- Go to Help and Support
- Choose Help Center as a way of communication.
- Find the envelope icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
