Your emotions shift throughout the day — sometimes gently, sometimes suddenly.
The Mood Tracker in Liven helps you pause, notice, and understand those shifts.
It’s designed to be simple and intuitive, so you can focus on your feelings without distraction. Over time, it becomes a powerful tool for building emotional awareness.
Here’s how to use it.
1. Check In Anytime
Want to log how you’re feeling? Open the Mood Tracker and tap the “+” button.
A new window will appear where you can record your current mood. You can check in once a day or multiple times — it’s entirely up to you.
There’s no “right” frequency. What matters is consistency.
2. Choose Your Mood
Use the mood scale to select how you feel, from Terrible to Awesome, with Neutral in the middle.
This gives you a quick overall snapshot of your emotional state.
3. Pinpoint Your Feelings
After selecting your general mood, you’ll see a list of specific emotions.
You can:
Select as many feelings as apply
Tap “Show more” to explore additional options
This step helps you move beyond “good” or “bad” and identify what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Sometimes clarity begins with naming the feeling.
4. Add Context
Your mood doesn’t exist in isolation. It’s influenced by where you are, who you’re with, and what you’re doing.
The Mood Tracker lets you add context by selecting:
Where you are
Who you’re with
What you’re doing
This helps you build a fuller emotional picture over time.
Review Your Emotional Patterns
After logging moods consistently, you can view insights about your emotional patterns.
In the Profile tab, open the Mood Timeline to see how your emotions shift across:
Week
Month
Year
You’ll start to notice trends, such as:
Which environments boost your mood
What activities consistently lift you
When heavier emotions tend to appear
Patterns create understanding. And understanding creates choice.
Take the First Step
You don’t need to analyze everything perfectly. Just start by noticing.
Open the Mood Tracker, log how you feel, and let awareness grow from there.
One mood at a time. 💚
