You can access Liven directly from your computer through the web version at theliven.com. This means you’re not limited to a single device — you can continue your wellbeing journey whether you’re using a smartphone, tablet, or desktop.
The web version is designed to provide a consistent experience while keeping your progress synchronized across devices.
What’s Available on the Web Version?
The web version includes the core features that support your daily growth and emotional awareness:
- Mood Tracker — track your mood throughout the day and observe emotional patterns over time, just like in the mobile app.
- Your Personal Course — access your personalized mental health plan with structured, step-by-step lessons tailored to your needs.
- Daily Tasks — complete small, manageable actions designed to help you stay consistent and build positive habits.
- Tests — take psychological assessments to better understand your emotional state and monitor changes.
- Smart Companion — receive personalized suggestions and guidance. The Smart Companion can also help you to find your way around the platform's features.
- 1–1 Coach Sessions — connect with certified life coaches and wellness professionals through secure one-on-one chat sessions.
What’s Not Available Yet?
While the web version offers a robust experience, there are a few features that are still in the works:
- Journaling - the Journaling feature is currently available only in the mobile app. Work is ongoing to bring it to the web platform.
- Relaxation Sounds - audio relaxation tracks are not yet accessible on the web version. These soothing audio tracks have been a favorite among app users, and we’re actively developing ways to integrate them into the web experience.
- Explore section - is a content hub where users can discover articles and videos tailored to their interests. At the moment, this feature isn’t available on the web version yet, but our tech team is actively working on bringing it to you soon.
What’s Next?
We’re continuing to expand the web version to make it as complete and intuitive as the mobile app. Additional features are already in development, and updates will gradually bring greater parity between platforms.
With the web version now available, you can access your core wellbeing tools from your smartphone, tablet, or computer — whichever fits your day best. While some features are still being added, you can already track your mood, follow your personalized course, complete daily tasks, and access key support tools directly from your browser.
You can explore the web version anytime at theliven.com and continue your journey in the way that feels most convenient for you.
