Streaks

Streaks are designed to help you build momentum in a gentle, encouraging way. They make progress visible without adding pressure.
A Streak pop-up appears after you take any self-discovery step in Liven, such as:
Logging your mood
Reading a lesson or article
Completing a daily task
Taking a well-being test
To view your progress:
Go to Profile → Current Streak
There, you’ll see your streak calendar — a simple visual record of how often you’ve shown up for yourself this month. Each highlighted day represents effort. Even small effort counts.
Streaks aren’t about perfection. They’re about building consistency one day at a time.
Mood Breakdown
See your emotional journey over time.
When you tap Mood Breakdown, you’ll open a dashboard that shows your mood history as a timeline — including lighter days, heavier days, and everything in between.
