How to Access Sounds
Getting started is simple:
Open the Liven app
Go to the Tools tab
Tap on Sounds
You’ll find a collection of calming audio experiences ready to support you.
Explore the Sound Library
Currently, Sounds includes seven categories:
Nature Escape – Grounding natural sounds for relaxation and stress relief.
Binaural Beats – Rhythmic tones often used for focus or meditation.
Floating – Light, atmospheric sounds for deep relaxation.
Deep Sleep – Calming soundscapes designed to support winding down.
Focus Flow – Steady background audio for concentration.
Instrumentals – Soft, melodic tracks for reflection or creativity.
Relaxing Music – Warm, harmonious sounds for emotional comfort.
You can select the sound that fits your current activity and mark favorites using the heart icon for quick access later.
