How do I log in to my account?
After your subscription purchase is successfully completed, download the app:
Once installed, just tap "I already have an account" and log in using the credentials we sent you via email titled "Liven app login instructions".

1. It says I'm not registered yet when I try to log in.
- You completed the test and choose the subscription from website.
If you have successfully made a payment and have not yet accessed your account, please, find an email from hello@theliven.com with the registration link titled "Liven app login instructions". Your account was created automatically after the purchase no need to register once more. - You completed the test after pressing the "Get started" and paid directly to the App Store or Google Play. Press the "Create account" button in the end of the test and finish your registration by creating your password.
2. What if I cannot find an email with registration from Liven?
Please check the inbox of the email address you used while signing up with Liven (check the Spam folder too). If you have checked all your email addresses and still cannot find a letter with the registration, please send us an email to support@theliven.com and include the e-mail address you used while signing up for our service or a receipt of the payment made, we'll gladly help you to start your Liven journey.
3. What if it says I'm already registered?
It means you have already registered using this email address, the account was created automatically, once you confirm your purchase. Login by pressing "I already have an account". Enter using the email address and password sent to you in "Liven app login instructions" email. If you do not remember your password, please, follow the instruction in section 5.
4. What to do if I forget my password?
- To reset your password, please follow the link that appeared after you press "Forget password"
- Enter the email you used during registration.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email.
- Enter your new password.
5. What if I did not receive the reset password verification code?
- Please, check your spam & junk folder in your email client.
- If you do not receive the code, please try again after some time.
- If you still do not receive the code, email us at support@theliven.com .
6. What if I do not remember my registration email?
In this case, please send us an email to support@theliven.com with some supporting information so that we can find your account in the system:
- Possible email addresses you may have used.
- PayPal email address.
- Screenshot of the payment.
- Last 4 and first 6 digits of the card you paid with.
- The last 4 digits of your Apple Pay card.
