If You Subscribed via the Liven Website
- Log in to your Liven account
- Open your Profile and go to Settings
- Select Membership
- Tap Cancel
- On the next screen, you may see options like pausing your subscription or enabling reminders about the next charge
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Tap Cancel again
- Follow the steps to confirm
Make sure you see a confirmation message or receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is completed.
Please note! Please note: subscriptions made through the website won’t appear in your device’s App Store or Google Play settings. It needs to be canceled within the app, or you can always contact us at support@theliven.com
If You Subscribed via Google Play
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon (top right corner)
- Go to Payments & Subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Liven
- Tap Cancel subscription and confirm

To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period or trial.
If You Subscribed via the App Store
- Open your iPhone Settings
- Tap your name at the top
- Select Subscriptions
- Find Liven
- Tap Cancel subscription and confirm
You can also visit Apple Support for more details. To avoid being charged, make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period or trial.
Subscriptions made via Apple can only be managed through your Apple account.
What Happens After Cancellation?
After canceling, you’ll receive a confirmation message or email. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, so you can continue using Liven until then.
