If you see a charge from Liven, it’s usually connected to an active subscription or the end of a trial period.
Here’s how it works.
How the Subscription Works
When you sign up for Liven, you either start with a free trial (App Store/Google Play) or choose a paid plan (web version).
For example, if you choose a 1-month plan, the first billing period may be offered at a discounted price. After that, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate shown on the checkout page.
This helps ensure your access to Liven continues without interruption.
You can always check your subscription details, including billing dates and plan type, in the Membership section of your account.
Clear and Secure Billing
All charges are confirmed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
You’ll see:
- The selected plan
- The price
- The billing cycle
- The renewal terms
This means every charge follows the subscription terms you agreed to when signing up.
How to Manage Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.
- If you subscribed via the Liven website, go to Settings → Membership in the app
- If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, you can manage it in your device’s subscription settings
Canceling stops future renewals, while your access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
