If you see two charges from Liven, there’s usually a simple explanation. Here are the most common reasons.
A Temporary Authorization Charge
When you make a purchase, your bank may place a temporary authorization to verify your payment method. This can look like a second charge, but it isn’t final.
What to check: if one of the charges is marked as “Pending”, it should disappear automatically within a few days.
A Delayed Payment
Sometimes, banks process payments later than expected. This can make a previous charge appear at the same time as a new one.
What to check: compare the dates of both charges. One may belong to an earlier billing cycle.
Subscription Renewal + Additional Purchase
Your subscription renews automatically to keep your access active. If you made an additional purchase at the same time, you may see two separate charges.
This could include:
- An add-on like Livie or Coaching
- Another purchase made during checkout
What to check: review your plan and purchases in the app’s Membership section.
Workbook Purchase
Workbooks are separate from the main subscription and are charged individually. If you added a workbook during checkout, it will appear as an additional charge.
What to check: look for a confirmation email or review your bank statement for a separate workbook charge.
