In Liven, some features are available as separate add-ons to your main subscription. The most common ones are:
- Livie (AI Assistant)
- Coaching (1:1 support with a coach)
If you see an additional charge, it’s usually because one of these services was activated alongside your main plan.
What Are These Additional Subscriptions?
Livie — Your Smart Companion
Livie gives you unlimited access to chat, where you can ask questions, reflect on your thoughts, and get personalized suggestions anytime.
It’s designed to support your daily self-discovery with guidance that adapts to your inputs and progress.
Coaching — Personalized Human Support
Coaching connects you with a certified coach for one-on-one guidance through chat (and sometimes video sessions).
It’s a more in-depth, human form of support for working through challenges, building habits, and staying consistent.
How Billing Works
Both Livie and Coaching are separate subscriptions from your main Liven plan.
- Each has its own billing cycle (typically 31 days)
- They are activated as add-ons during checkout
- They renew automatically to keep your access uninterrupted
This means they can be billed independently from your main subscription.
How to Manage or Cancel
You can manage these subscriptions anytime in the app:
- Open Liven
- Go to Settings → Membership
- Select the subscription you want to manage
From there, you can review details or cancel if needed.
