Receipts or invoices are not always sent automatically for every payment. If you didn’t receive one — no worries, there are a few easy ways to find your payment details.
Where Can I Check My Payments?
You can review your transactions through the payment method you used:
- Your bank statement linked to your card
- Apple Pay or Google Pay transaction history
- Your PayPal account (if used)
- Google Play or App Store purchase history for in-app subscriptions
These sources show all charges, including recurring payments.
About Invoices
Liven provides an invoice for the initial purchase made during your subscription or order. Recurring payments are processed automatically and may not always include a separate invoice.
